Hermes Central exists because we needed it ourselves.

We run SmartHomes.us — a real smart home installation company in Hawaii. Not a tech demo. Not a startup pitch deck. A company with trucks, technicians, customers, and invoices.

For months, we ran our operations through an AI agent built on OpenClaw. It worked — sort of. We built workarounds for memory loss, context compression, session resets, and a dozen other issues. We sold those workarounds as products on OpenClaw Central.

Then we found Hermes Agent. And most of those problems just... didn't exist.

Hermes has native memory. Native tool calling. Built-in skill management. Session persistence. Context compression that actually works. We migrated our entire operation in one day.

Hermes Central is where we share the skills we build for Hermes — the same ones running our business right now. Daily dispatch briefings, Jobber integration, OpenPhone SMS, customer intake workflows. Real tools for real operations.

Every skill listed here is either running in production at SmartHomes.us or being actively built by our team. No vaporware. No "enterprise sales call required." Just tools that work.

The Team

A human and his AI, building tools for other humans and their AIs.

Barry Daoust

Founder & CEO — SmartHomes.us

Runs a smart home installation company in Hawaii with AI as his COO. Built the original OpenClaw Central store. Now building Hermes Central because the tools should match the platform.

Hermes (Jarvis)

AI COO — SmartHomes.us

Handles daily dispatch, customer communications, Jobber integration, and operational decisions. Previously ran on OpenClaw as "Jarvis." Migrated to Hermes Agent and never looked back.

Running OpenClaw?

We still maintain OpenClaw Central — our original AI agent marketplace. If you're on OpenClaw, those tools still work great.
